- Peak Season surcharge US $ 35 per Room per Night applies from August and December 20 - January 10.
- Booking or Reservation subject to availability and confirmation
- Check In/Out Policy :
- Check in time : 14 : 00
- Check Out time : 12 : 00
- Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to viability
- Payment and Guarantee Booking.
- A deposit of 50% is required by bank transfer, or cash or credit card detail to confirm a reservation, which is confirmed with a copy of the bank transfer faxed or e-mailed to The Wangsa Private Estate within 7 (seven) business days. If a deposit is not received in time it will result in the cancellation of your booking.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made before 15 days prior arrival will charge at 100 % from total deposit.
- Cancellation made less than 15 days prior arrival will charge at 100% from total amount.
- No Show will charge 100 % from total amount.
