- High & Peak Season surcharge US $ 30 & US $ 50 per Room per Night
- Booking or Reservation subject to availability and confirmation
- Check In/Out Policy :
- Check in time : 14 : 00
- Check Out time : 12 : 00
- Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to viability
- Payment and Guarantee Booking.
- A deposit of 50% is required by bank transfer, or cash or credit card detail to confirm a reservation, which is confirmed with a copy of the bank transfer faxed or e-mailed to The Wangsa Private Estate within 7 (seven) business days. If a deposit is not received in time it will result in the cancellation of your booking.
- Cancellation Policy
- For Estate :
There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10:00 hotel local time 30 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
- For Condotels :
There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10:00 hotel local time 15 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
